We run the village hall using a weekly duty manager rota and could do with adding a couple more volunteers.
The duty manager will open and close and man the building for any users who are not key holders (most regular users are key holders), this includes setting up the hall for users (very few need this) and tidying up afterwards. The duty manager will also carry the duty manager’s phone and be the first point of contact for users or general enquiries to that number.
You must be able to cover all day any day in a week, the rota is flexible so we can accommodate your other commitments. Training is provided.
